RivingtonHark makes a trio of further key hires; Handan Güler arrives from Landsec joining recent Head of Sustainability, and Operations and Marketing Manager appointments

At her previous role at Landsec, she was responsible for all aspects of asset management and strategy setting for Southside, Wandsworth, where she delivered the repurposing of the former Debenhams store into Gravity leisure hub, and enhanced the tenant mix with the addition of key brands including Amazon Fresh and Brewdog. Handan also brings experience from her time in Capital Markets team at Cushman and Wakefield, where she focused on cross border designer and factory outlet centre investment.

RivingtonHark is at the forefront of creating, evolving, and improving UK town and city centres. With over £1bn of projects including £200m construction projects on site and having invested over £330m in the last 12 months, the business continues to expand.

Handan will be working as part of the team supporting the UK’s first ESG focused fund dedicated to buying retail assets, where RivingtonHark is the operating partner. Projects include Victoria in Leeds and the recently purchased Liberty in Romford.
