Before joining RivingtonHark, Amy was Asset Management Director at LCR Property; the UK Government’s placemaking expert. Amy’s principal role was to create and implement asset management plans to deliver best economic, environmental and social value across a diverse range of underutilised public sector real estate assets.
As part of her role at LCR Amy led and delivered the asset management and leasing strategy for the repurposing of the former Eurostar Terminal at London Waterloo Station to create a 130,000 sq ft experience led retail and leisure destination.
Amy also spent 6 years at Lothbury Investment Management delivering asset management initiatives in the retail, leisure and office sectors. Prior to that she was responsible for the performance of Midsummer Place, Milton Keynes and The Chimes, Uxbridge while at Intu; as well as curating attractive and engaging spaces she added significant rental income through lettings and re-gears with national and independent brands including Hugo Boss, Timberland, and Wagamama.
Along with Amy’s breadth and depth of experience she has the passion and intuition to understand the value drivers of unique locations, community needs, investor and client requirements in order to evolve asset strategies and re-shape retail centres for the better.
