Dan joined RivingtonHark as an Asset Manager in July 2023 having previously worked for Thackeray Group and LCP Group. Dan has an impressive professional background, with an interest/experience in the investment side of property asset management.

At LCP Group, Dan was asset managing a £120m mixed-use portfolio, driving income and mitigating risks, to help add value to the £4bn property company. Then at Thackeray Group Dan managed a predominantly high-street retail portfolio, where he disposed of 6 assets within his portfolio amongst other value-add initiatives.
