Handan joined RivingtonHark in October 2022 as a Senior Asset Manager following 5 years at Landsec where she held roles directing the asset management of regional flagship and neighbourhood shopping centres.
Notably, Handan delivered the repurposing of the former Debenhams store at Southside, Wandsworth into Gravity leisure hub, which was a pivotal transaction in the market as it demonstrated the potential that can be unlocked in former department stores.
Prior to that, she worked in the Capital Markets team at Cushman and Wakefield, focusing on cross border designer and factory outlet centre investment.
