Jemma joined the business as a Senior Asset Manager in October 2023 having built up a fantastic track record and wealth of experience as an accomplished retail asset and leasing manager over the past 25 years. Jemma’s career has been focused on creating vibrant, market leading mixed use destinations in major cities throughout the UK. For the last twelve years she was at Hammerson where she worked across a number of flagship assets, including Bullring Birmingham, Cabot Circus Bristol & Highcross Leicester and prior to that was a key member of the team at Grosvenor that delivered Grand Arcade, Cambridge. As well as her roles as Hammerson and Grosvenor Jemma also spent a number of years at Legal & General Investment Management working on a wide range of retail assets including Midsummer Pace, Milton Keynes and the regeneration of Bracknell town centre.
