Viqaas joined RivingtonHark in early 2023. He is a chartered accountant for nearly 10 years, with over 12 years’ experience within the real estate sector. Viqaas has great all-round experience in fund accounting, fund management and transactional support in all aspects of real estate such as executing acquisitions, disposals, and refinances.

Viqaas joins us from Resolution Property where he played an integral part to the finance team for nearly six years and was responsible for fund accounting, investor reporting, cash management, tax planning and fund structuring tax planning and fund structuring. Prior to this he was at Patrizia as a fund accountant.

Viqaas has also managed large scale budgets and financial processes for construction projects such as hotel development and office refurbishments and mixed-use value add projects.

During his career in real estate, he has managed to assist in the execution of nearly £1bln worth of transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, and refinances.

At RivingtonHark Viqaas takes lead on the finance function and assists the board on making integral decisions to assist the growth of the company further. He also takes responsibility on financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
