Mark joined RivingtonHark in January 2020 as the Director of Asset Management. His role is to oversee the performance of our assets under management and assist other members of the senior leadership team deliver client objectives and new mandates.

He joined from Stadium Capital Holdings where he ran a mixed use portfolio of retail, leisure, offices, industrial and residential. Previously he spent over 6 years at Legal and General Investment Management where he was Senior Asset Manager on the £3.5Bn Managed Property Fund. The bulk of Mark’s career was as partner at Churston Heard/ JLL where he advised landlords on leasing both high street and shopping centre assets including the development leasing of Bluewater, Parkway, Newbury, and arc, Bury St Edmunds. He also advised numerous national retailers on acquisitions, disposals and portfolio strategy.

Mark has an in depth understanding of the retail and leisure sector but whilst at Stadium gained exposure to the office, industrial and residential markets.
