Samarth holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School. Prior to joining RivingtonHark as an investment analyst, he acquired experience as an analyst at a real estate investment-based firm focused on commercial and residential acquisitions. At RivingtonHark, Samarth is responsible for underwriting commercial acquisitions, development appraisals, asset management, due diligence and other investment-related processes.

Additionally, Samarth holds a bachelor’s degree from Kings College London and is preparing for CFA Level 2. Additionally, Samarth has completed internships at Big 4 firms such as Ernst & Young and KPMG. As an advisory intern at Ernst & Young, he worked in a team mandated by the Ministry of Tourism and Culture in India to work on the Swadesh Darshan Scheme that aimed to harness the potential of tourism in India through integrated development of theme-based tourist circuits.
