Neil brings over 25 years of experience in the retail and leisure property industry, having held both consultancy and client-side roles throughout his career. His extensive market knowledge and strong network of industry contacts make him a valuable asset to our asset management platform.

Neil began his career at Dalgliesh/CBRE, where he advised landlords and occupiers on retail and leisure leasing and acquisitions. He has since held senior positions at leading real estate companies including LCP, Moyallen, and Vale Retail. In these roles, he was responsible for the asset management of a wide variety of shopping centres, including The Whitgift Centre (Croydon), The Centre (Livingston) and both The Peacocks and Wolsey Place Shopping Centres (Woking).

Some of Neil’s recent achievements include being part of the team that delivered the landmark Victoria Place development, Woking — comprising 429 Build-to-Rent apartments, a 189-bed Hilton hotel, and 125,000 sq ft of new retail and leisure space across 20 units. In addition while at LCP, Neil played a key role in agreeing the reconfiguration and reletting of the former 86,000 sq ft Debenhams unit at The Centre (Livingston) to two leisure occupiers.
