Guy has over 30 years experience in retail investment brokerage, having held senior roles at Lunson Mitchenall (LM) and CBRE working across both High Street and shopping centre markets. His deal experience spans everything from regionally dominant Top 20 UK schemes to local convenience parades and individual shops.

He has advised a wide range of clients, including international and national pension funds, property companies, REITs. and more recently public bodies and local authorities.
