RivingtonHark has announced the appointment of Ilan Goldman as Portfolio Director. The move further strengthens the business’ capabilities as it continues to expand its asset management platform and actively pursues new shopping centre investment acquisitions across the UK.

With over 30 years of experience Ilan has built a strong track record of delivering value across shopping centre, mixed-use and regeneration projects. He specialises in unlocking asset potential through innovative repositioning strategies that drive growth. Alongside helping the business fulfil its mandate to acquire more shopping centre assets, Ilan’s portfolio will include Liverpool St John’s shopping centre, an asset owned in joint venture, as well as Palace Gardens and Exchange Enfield, managed on behalf of DWS.
