Developed by leading digital procurement specialists, Pagabo, in partnership with YPO, the framework provides a compliant procurement route for public sector bodies seeking specialist development expertise and advisory services.

The framework brings together organisations from across the property, consultancy, development and legal sectors to help deliver projects that create long-term economic, environmental and social value.

The new framework covers areas including the North, Midlands, Southwest, and Southeast of England, London, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. In addition to local authorities, the framework is also used by NHS, Transport for London and education trusts.
