Aran joined RivingtonHark as an Asset Manager in October 2023 having previously worked for Savills, Capital & Regional and Orchard Street Investment Managers.
His past experience of leasing and occupier relationships, investment analysis and asset management brings a strong skillset to the business. During his time at Orchard Street, Aran was responsible for managing a £200m mixed-use portfolio, ensuring income growth, curating tenant mix and delivering asset improving initiatives. In addition he was responsible for leading on ESG across the retail portfolio setting strategy objectives as well as liaising with property managers and sustainability consultants to ensure these objectives were being monitored, tracked and achieved.
Aran is passionate about providing clients with innovative and sustainable solutions. His experience working within multiple sectors, provides him with a great insight into repurposing and repositioning assets.
