Ilan's role as Portfolio Director is to provide strategic and operational oversight across our assets, driving performance and delivering client objectives as well as assisting in new acquisitions.

He is a highly experienced real estate professional with over 30 years in the UK and European property sector, specialising in retail, mixed-use and regeneration projects. A Chartered Surveyor with a Batchelors degree in Construction Management and a Masters in Commercial Property Management, he has held senior asset management and investment roles across leading real estate investment, consultancy and property management businesses, combining strategic asset management expertise with a strong track record of value creation and stakeholder engagement. He has worked alongside the NHS, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Crown Estate, Blackstone, Starwood and ING in addition to numerous institutional investors.
