John joined the RivingtonHark team in Autumn 2020 as Development and Asset Manager. His focus is on a number of our development, placemaking and transformation projects where his skills and experience are well suited.

Prior to RivingtonHark, John spent 4 years at U+I PLC where he led the £120m mixed-use regeneration proposals of Shepherds Bush Market, formulated and oversaw the optimisation of Deptford Market Yard’s commercial premises including offices, retail units, F&B units and a 25,000sq ft market yard, as well as advising and assisting on notable projects such as Caxton Works and Cambridge Northern Fringe East.

John completed his BSc between 2009 - 2012 at the University of Portsmouth reading Property Marketing, Design and Development. John entered the world of development in 2014 as an Assistant Development Manager whilst working at Orion Land and Leisure.’
