Karen has extensive experience of all stages of development from conception to completion across complementing career paths as a Senior Development Manager and an award-winning Structural Engineering consultant. A chartered Civil and Structural Engineer by training, Karen has spent the last four years working at Qualis Commercial as a Senior Development Manager. She has delivered multiple projects simultaneously across a variety of use classes through Local Authority Partnerships.

Prior to this she spent 23 years at Waterman Structures becoming a Board Director and the Head of repurposing and regeneration in 2012. Karen has worked on a number of major mixed use redevelopment schemes including Westgate - Oxford, Friars Walk - Newport and Victoria Gate - Leeds all of which achieved REVO gold awards.

She has a real excitement for regeneration projects and the development of new environments bringing with her a different skill set to the team.
