Laurence's role as Portfolio Director is to provide strategic and operational oversight across our assets, driving performance and delivering client objectives.

He joined from Trilogy Real Estate where, as Head of Asset Management, he was a principal lead in major regeneration projects including Republic and The Amp in London and the Great Northern Warehouse in Manchester. Prior to that, Laurence held senior asset management positions at Picton Capital and ING REIM/CBRE IM. He began his career in retail agency at CBRE and Dalgleish.

Laurence has extensive asset management experience across retail, office, leisure, student and mixed-use regeneration, with a strong track record in income growth, repositioning and development-led value creation.
