Mark is retained as a consultant to Rivington Hark. He is both a chartered surveyor and chartered town planner with some 30 years’ experience in urban planning, development & regeneration.

Former partner & head of Development Consultancy at Cushman & Wakefield LLP, Mark has advised funds, developers, landowners, occupiers and the public sector on unlocking property development & urban regeneration schemes, acting throughout the UK, with a particular emphasis on city centre mixed-use area renewal.

Mark played an instrumental role in the identification and subsequent implementation of Liverpool One, a multi-award winning £900m mixed-use regeneration in the heart of Liverpool, acting for the City Council, including policy strategy formulation, negotiation of the partnership development agreement & head lease, land assembly negotiations and acting as expert witness representing the Council at the related local plan inquiry and CPO inquiry.
