Matt joined RivingtonHark’s Development team in September 2024. He joins from the Arch Company, a JV partnership between Blackstone and Telereal Trillium where he was responsible for managing the development and regeneration of the company’s portfolio within London, overseeing multiple projects delivering office, retail, F&B, residential and industrial space.
Prior to this, Matt worked in the flexible workspace sector, completing acquisitions, developments, refurbishments and portfolio reconfiguration for BizSpace, and has also previously worked as an Investment Agent for LSH in London and Savills in New Zealand. He is passionate about the regeneration of under-utilised urban areas and brings a depth of cross-sector experience to the team.
