Nick specialises in the design and delivery of large-scale real estate development projects, with experience across the full asset lifecycle - from initial concept and land promotion through to operational management.

He joined RivingtonHark in early 2026 after 20 years with Commercial Estates Group (CEG), where he spent eight years as a Board Director. His track record includes delivering four British Council for Offices (BCO) award-winning buildings, notably EQ in Bristol, the first regional office development to achieve a £50 psf headline rent. He also led a Residential Development Management team delivering private sale, PBSA and BTR schemes. Earlier in his career, he worked at the Berkeley Group plc on the asset management and later phase design of Gunwharf Quays.

At RivingtonHark, Nick focuses on supporting business growth, strengthening the Development Management function further, and contributing to projects requiring broad sector insight within complex urban environments.
