With over 10 years' experience in commercial real estate, Ollie has worked at leading businesses including ACRE, Knight Frank and LSH focusing on investment, valuation and asset/property management. Ollie has been involved with multiple mixed-use portfolio acquisitions and sales equivalent to £1bn and portfolio valuations in excess of £500m on behalf of major institutions, property companies and REITs.
Ollie will be responsible for driving income growth across the RivingtonHark portfolio through creative leasing strategies, asset enhancement and the execution of value-add initiatives.
With cross-sector experience spanning retail, office and industrial, Ollie is a well-rounded professional who has a collaborative approach to improving asset performance. He is passionate about ESG, working closely with clients, property managers and sustainability consultants to deliver innovative and sustainable asset strategies.
