Sarah has been part of the RivingtonHark team for several years during which time she has been responsible for a number of our shopping centre projects across the North West. With over 20 years experience of Asset Management and Leasing in the retail and leisure sector, 15 years of which were spent at Intu, Sarah has been involved with some of the UK’s top shopping destinations including Lakeside; Metro Centre; Derbion and Eldon Square, Newcastle. In addition to her property company experience Sarah’s career has also involved working for Cheshire West and Chester Council as Strategic Asset Manager with responsibility for their retail portfolio which included 3 shopping centres.

These roles have enabled Sarah to build great occupier and stakeholder relationships as well as an enviable track record of creating and delivering value accretive asset initiatives. Sarah brings energy and a passion for creating vibrant town centre destinations to all the projects she works on.
