Will joined RivingtonHark as an Asset Manager in June 2021 following 7 years working within JLL’s Retail Management team in London. He has been responsible for the property and asset management of a diverse range of UK retail property including numerous shopping centres, retail and leisure parks on behalf of clients such as Legal & General, RPMI Railpen, Lasalle and Ingka Centres.

Will has developed a detailed understanding of running complex retail assets and is passionate about creating sustainable, vibrant and fit for purpose town centres. This experience, insight and enthusiasm helps to deliver well considered and innovative ideas to the RivingtonHark portfolio. He is also a member of the Leisure Property Forum and focuses part of his time on what innovative uses and practices are being developed across this part of the industry.
