The building underwent a comprehensive refurbishment to provide 234,000 sq ft of Grade A offices, with some of the largest floorplates in Central London.

At the time, a rare community in the West End (and indeed still is!).

We were approached by the Owners of the Daily Telegraph who wanted a new Headquarters location. They ended up buying the asset rather than leasing it.
