OBJECTIVE:

To develop a successful and profitable mixed use, retail, leisure and residential scheme in the heart of this historic, attractive, affluent market town.

ACHIEVEMENT:

David Lewis was the development manager of this award winning mixed use development that included new retail accommodation, a new classical concert hall, F&B, public realm, car parking and 64 new residential units.

The development was successfully completed in 2008. All of the residential units were sold “off plan” and the commercial investment was subsequently sold to a Public Sector Pension Fund which in combination realised the business plan target return on capital and IRR.
