Rochdale Borough Council’s ambitious regeneration plans for Rochdale town centre have already resulted in an award winning multi-use public building (including Council offices and library), transport interchange and Metrolink, public realm improvements as well as Rochdale Riverside. The new Upperbanks phase consisting of 242 residential apartments and a Hampton By Hilton hotel will also further enhance the quality of the town centre and offer a great place to live or stay.

The opening of the 220,000 sq.ft Rochdale Riverside scheme at the heart of the town in Spring 2020 created a fantastic open air shopping and leisure environment and 540 space car park which is now home to retailers such as M&S, Next, H&M, River Island, Boots and JD. The addition of Reel cinema, Puttshack and Nandos has also helped to create a vibrant evening economy.

Following a procurement process by Rochdale Borough Council, RivingtonHark are appointed as Asset Managers and will work closely with the Council to ensure that it provides the best customer experience possible, attracts more visitors and encourages longer dwell time.
