St John's, Liverpool

The vision is to work closely with key stakeholders including Liverpool City Council to evolve and improve the centre; St John’s forms a key part of the council’s ‘Gateway’ regeneration plans.

St Johns Shopping Centre is a Liverpool icon comprising 540,000 sq ft of retail, a market hall, a Beacon, a 625 space car park and a digital media wall. St Johns is the city’s dominant convenience centre occupying an unrivalled position in between Lime Street and Central Stations.

Since RivingtonHark’s involvement, the centre has been refurbished, repurposed and re-imagined to provide a successful, convenience led shopping destination.

The installation of a fully refurbished digital screen has secured the centre’s position as the gateway to the City’s core retail area.

It remains the prime destination serving the city population covering all ages; residents and students. It has proved resilient through Covid, and even achieved Listing Status in 2020 with the iconic Radio Tower.
