RivingtonHark were appointed strategic advisor to Wolverhampton City Council to help them reinvigorate some 30 acres in the heart of the City Centre.

This included wide stakeholder engagement and working with both private sector landholders and other public bodies, in order to masterplan and help secure funding for the area.

RivingtonHark also successfully helped WCC secure one of the largest grants from the Governments Future High Streets Fund.

The core aspect of the project was to revitalise Victoria Street which serves as the backbone linking the various uses together. These range from residential; leisure; office and meanwhile uses.
