OBJECTIVE:

To provide the Council, as shopping centre owner, with a deliverable short and medium term asset business plan facilitating partial redevelopment. Asset manage the centre in accordance with the approved business plan, secure vacant possession of required land and secure new retail pre-lets.

ACHIEVEMENT:

Production and presentation of a strategic business plan for the shopping centre asset covering the periods before, during and post partial redevelopment.

Assisted the council in securing pre lettings with B&M and Costa
