RivingtonHark are appointed on behalf of Queensberry to work jointly on the set up and ongoing asset management of the 1.3m sq ft project developed by Sheffield City Council. Our role is to asset manage this collection of buildings and public spaces to ensure its transition from a development project to an operating asset that delivers optimum financial returns on a sustainable long term basis.

Connecting workspaces, from headquarters to start-up studios, alongside a lively mix of apartments and townhouses. Streets and lanes are lined with places to shop, eat, drink, socialise, browse or relax. This project will be the vibrant heart of Sheffield City Centre and a catalyst for its long-term revitalisation.
